More about this service

We provide professional hot tub maintenance and spa maintenance services for domestic and commercial customers across Essex and the South East. Our maintenance services support year-round use and include professional cleaning, full servicing, system inspections and water chemistry checks.

Professional Hot Tub and Spa Maintenance Services

Correct spa maintenance helps prevent build-up, circulation issues and hygiene problems while protecting pumps, heaters, filters and pipework. Where required, we can also assist with hot tub relocation services or hot tub removal and disposal as part of a wider maintenance requirement.

Deep Clean & Service ( Part of Ongoing Hot Tub and Spa Maintenance)

From only £299 plus parts*, our skilled engineers deliver a full hot tub and spa maintenance service to ensure your system remains in good working order. This includes a deep clean, preventative servicing and system checks designed to maintain water quality and reduce the risk of costly faults.

We service a wide range of systems and control setups, including Blue Whale spa, Jacuzzi, Hydropool and Balboa, following manufacturer-appropriate maintenance practices to protect performance and longevity.

Detailed Maintenance Process

Our engineers follow a comprehensive professional process covering water chemistry, filtration, circulation and system integrity. This includes monitoring chlorine, bromine and other sanitisation methods where applicable, ensuring correct sanitiser levels without over-treatment.

Internal components are inspected, filters are cleaned or replaced where required, and the system is recommissioned to safe operating standards to support reliable, year-round spa maintenance.

Hot Tub Servicing Within Maintenance

Hot tub and spa maintenance also includes a full-service inspection. Pumps, heaters and associated electrical components are checked to ensure safe operation, while pipework, seals and unions are inspected to prevent leaks and performance issues.

Following servicing, the system is refilled and water chemistry balanced to maintain correct pH levels, total alkalinity and sanitiser levels. The spa cover or hot tub cover is cleaned and treated to protect insulation and prevent external contamination.

Our hot tub and spa maintenance services are available on all models, including Quattro, Orbis, Antigua and Duraspa, and we also provide maintenance services throughout Surrey.

This full package is provided to you at a cost from £299
